Having been an associate with Collective Legal Solutions, I have now gone independant providing a will writing and legal services which covers Lasting Powers of Attorney, Guardianship, Trusts, Advanced Medical Directives and address and provide answers to those worried about meeting the cost of care home fees, and how they can protect their assets from being eaten up totally in this area
I orginally trained as a Legal Executive and was considering training to be a Barrister, but I felt a calling to be ordained, and was ordained into the Church of England in 1974. I have been a parish priest, hospital, hospice chaplain, manager of Pastrol Care and Chaplainy in a large NHS Trust. Upon taken early retirement I trained as a Will Writer and Estate Planning Practitioner and have been doing so for the past 7years.
I have a wife, Sue and two children, Timothy married to Vanessa, who have one son, Tristan, who is adorable, and then Joanna is married to George and live in Saffron Walden.
My friends are very important to me, and so I often go to London to see them, and have started to make some good friends in Cambridge, and can meet up for a coffee and chat (in John Lewis of course). I enjoy music, cinema, and meeting new people, as well as going to church most Sundays, either locally or in Cambridge.
