Health Products - Organic natural Aloe vera and Bee Pollen/Propolis based products to help boost immune system to aid relief from many ailments including skin conditions and allergies.

2. Business Building - Helping people to live a better life, achieving financial freedom and more free time, running home based businesses that are ethical and secure; leading to a WORK/LIFE BALANCE!

A bit about what makes me be me...

I started by working in 'proper' jobs until age 32 when I decided 'JOBs' were not for me! Probably always knew this but denied it for too many years! Fear probably! I believe our FEARS can hold us back from many things in life. This is why now I try my best to face my fears and come out the other side feeling great because I challenged myself and I won! :-)

I went from PA to office Manager roles, to graphic design even! However all working in an office, which I really did not like. Felt very trapped. I needed to be doing more with my hands - now don't be rude! I wanted to help people and to feel satisfied. I was told so often I was a natural healer and good with my hands - stop it now! :-) so I wanted to work with people.

So I studied Massage Therapy... I now meet so many interesting people and feel so happy doing what I do - Only took me 32 years to achieve this!

Everything I do now is done firstly by putting others first - helping them heal; whether it be physically or mentally, even helping them in connecting with their soul again! Which I have done a lot of myself in recent years - through meditation, chanting and yoga.

Sports Massage, Acupressure & Pregnancy Massage

I qualified in 2008 as a Sports Massage Therapist gaining my VTCT diploma www.vtct.org.uk from Farnborough College of Technology. Fully qualified in Anatomy and Physiology and Health and Safety standards. I also have a pregnancy massage qualification.

I have gained a wide range of experience through course evidence and also building my own varied client base.

I went on to learn pregnancy massage and acupressure through a series of add on courses at the Seed Institute in Ash.

Communication and good technique

I am rare in that I have great communication skills as a Therapist due to several years working in office work before training in Sports Massage.

I have a strong pressure from using good techniques and I have the sensitivity in my fingers to find the problem areas.

Professional referrals

I work closely with local professionals such as chiropractors to correct posture through muscle and skeletal manipulation. When I recognise the need for adjustment I refer my clients to a professional that I trust and I am confident they will help my client achieve the best results for their health.

FHT registered and insured

I am fully registered and insured with the FHT (Federation of Holistic Therapists) www.fht.org.uk

Variety of experience

I have experience working with various sports such as rugby, running, golf, powerlifting, martial arts and football. Some clubs and events I have been working with are Farnham Rugby Club, Camberley Heath Golf Club, Farnham Knights American Football and local running clubs. Office workers are also among the majority of my regular clients due to back, neck and shoulder tension from bad posture.

My success rate in healing muscles to decrease pain and tension is exceptional and I have many written client testimonials to confirm these achievements.

Prevention is better than cure – try our membership

My opinion and belief is that prevention is better than cure, so I offer a membership scheme specifically designed to help my clients to maintain regular maintenance massage to keep their bodies as free from pain and tension as possible and to prevent further injuries occurring. By paying a small monthly membership fee, clients can take advantage of treatments at half the normal price!
