CR Associates is an independent recruitment consultancy operating in the sales niche. With 24 years of experience gained in working with some of the largest employer brands in the world on developing and improving the quality of their sales forces, I also work with SME's and small businesses to transfer this knowledge in developing best-practice sales processes, and to maximise their markets through gaining or nurturing excellent sales skills.

About Cathy Richardson
I am an independent recruitment practitioner with over 23 years experience, during which I have worked with some of the largest employer brands in the UK to bring candidates on board ranging from senior director through to graduate entry level. My specialist area is sales and techno-commercial recruitment, where I have helped to establish teams and deal with people-related issues in the sales process.
I am a Fellow of the Institute of Recruitment Practitioners (IRP) and currently holds the voluntary position of Regional Director (IRP) for the South East. I am also Fellow of the Insititue of Sales and Marketing Management.
I set up my own business out of redundancy in 2009, and I now use my expertise and knowledge of sales processes, recruitment and social media to improve the sales activities and online efficiency of small businesses and SME's.
