I have worked as a commercial photographer for over 20 years, setting up Peter Dawes Photography in 1991. I work on location and in my studio, a 700 square-foot, custom-converted 1860s barn in Otterbourne, near Winchester in Hampshire, just off the M3 between junctions 11 and 12.
I am an Associate of the British Institute of Professional Photography.
Utilising some of the latest in digital photography, I will fulfil your brief – precisely, swiftly and economically.

Hi, my name is Peter Dawes. I am 52 on the outside and about 20 on the inside. :) I am almost obsessed with apple mac stuff and will buy anything mac irrespective of its usefulness!
I am married, to Jo, we have been married just over 27 years, (started young), and have 2 children, Katie 22 and Libby 20. We have two lunatic dogs, a wire fox terrier called Lexie and a working cocker spaniel called Chester. Chester Dawes...come on it's funny if you say it quickly!
I live and work in Otterbourne near Winchester. My studio is a converted barn, well it was a cowshed really, right next to my house.
My favourite subject for photography is food. I would like to become the first choice food photographer for the south. Whilst I'm working on that ambition I supply my clients with exciting images of their products and services ranging from dialysis machines to iphones to house interiors to plastic pipettes. There is not much on the planet I haven't photographed in my 32 years experience. That is my strength I believe. I have a wealth of experience that I can use to solve any photographic problem out there. Try me!
Peter
