First Call Financials provide accounting and payroll solutions for sole traders, small companies and Charities across Bristol, Yate, South Wales and Gloucestershire. We are different from other Bookkeepers and Accountants as we are able to offer, personal, 'Hand Held Accounting' facilities. That is, taking on your problems and providing hands-on, hassle-free bookkeeping and accountancy support where and how you need it.
We can come to you, discuss your requirements, take away your records and paperwork, and bring them back along with the completed financial statements or report. Alternatively we can work on your premises providing discreet and confidential assistance in accordance with the Data Protection Act and Intellectual Property Rights regulations. We can even access your financial accounts over the internet if necessary to do any necessary adjustments or help.
We understand the pressure involved in day to day business activities and unlike some companies, we are not a '9-5 organisation' which is why we are available at weekends and evenings. We quote a one cost fee so that you know exactly how much you will pay with no hidden extras and all our advice is jargon free and easy to understand.
First Call Financialsis headed up by Fran Tyler who has over 40 years experience in the world of finance and business. As a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians, Fran is approved to provide services in accordance with Licence Number 6706.

Our experience covers all aspects of accountancy from setting up financial systems through to management, training and outsourcing. We also provide an overview service where your systems and controls are assessed and improved by putting in the required financial controls and procedures.
