We are IT support specialists and we formed to support people and technology in business. We understand that it is people in business that make a business successful. That is why we always work with the people in the business and not just the technology. We support people through maintaining close trusting relationships and help them to nurture their awareness of technology. This encourages better use of technology and helps to build confidence that technology is making a difference.
The owner of the business, Elliott Chandler is passionate about two things, people and technology. Some say that is a peculiar combination; Elliott says that “technology empowers people to do more”. One of our customer says that “we are good at everything we are involved in”, well that maybe true but we are certainly good at bringing technology and people closer together for their benefit.
Clearwave Enterprise Solutions is built on three core values of Trust, Honesty and Integrity underpinned by quality and reliability. Trust is what must come first and this takes time and is why we spend most of our working week talking with clients to understand their needs. We then take time to meet their needs.

I started my self employed career as an IT contractor. Shortly afterwards seized an opportunity to purchase a business. This was a retail business mainly supplying customised desktop computers. It was during this period that I began to help small businesses with their IT infrastructure from networking computers, setting up email accounts, building simple websites, removing viruses and installing software. I then started a new company specifically for the provision of IT services to small and medium sized business. This new company is soled own by myself and it has gone from strength to strength and I am looking forward to continued growth.
