You will find an eclectic choice of health solutions in my practice: I teach meditation for one; you can explore individual mentoring and training in meditation techniques, communication and personal development skills, even public speaking and presentation training. I also offer small classes where you can safely practice meditation in a supportive nurturing circle of like-minded individuals.
If your issues are more physical, my training and practice experience can support you in your journey towards better health. Both individuals and families find they can improve their well being with my help.
