I work with all things cleanggn except cleaning itself at this stage.
Prior to this I managed the client relationships for an outsourcing commercial cleaning business, mostly servicing the transport industry. That involved me being part of the team that negotiated the contracts up to £3m in value, defining the SLA when the sale had been made, being the first point of contact for clients on any aspect of the contract - whether it be financial, strategy, operational, problem solving, further business, management information:
I also acted as the Manager (Operational, Projects, Systems and Development) providing outsourced services to multiple key clients generating £ 3million pa revenues. From initial tender through to service level agreement delivery, has P&L accountability for resourcing, IT systems development, procurement, quality assurance and control, contract staff training and management
