Coaching Four Success -

I am trained in all levels of personal and business life coaching and I also have sound knowledge of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). My own life and work experiences have provided me with a wealth of knowledge, which I am able to use when working with clients whether in a personal or professional capacity.

Personal statement

Throughout my life and career I have based my choices on what I believe is right and also around the values that have been instilled within me throughout my up bringing. Since my childhood, I have always given 100% to my goals and aspirations, and I know that I have brought these qualities into my adulthood. I will work for you 100%, and just as importantly, I will work for me, to learn and develop continuously to achieve goals in my chosen career by empowering myself to do so, which will move me closer to my goals in life, to be happy and successful.

Since leaving school, I have had various jobs ranging from:- Postal Messenger, Postman, Postman Higher Grade, Butcher, Life Guard, Swimming Teaching / Coach, Overhead Craine Driver for BSC, Leisure Centre Supervisor, Will Writer, FSA with Legal & General, & Colonial Mutual, Customer Services with TSB, & Standard Life, 10 years with Bristish Gas in Tele Sales, Field Sales, Sales Coaching, National Sales Coach, Area Performance Coach for Barclays Bank for 4 years and then finally. -

During 2010, I have set up my own business and managed to network successfully to get my business known within my local area. I am also providing support for the Prince's Trust as a Business Mentor for new start business for young people with good business ideas. I am looking to become an Ambassador for Career Wales by the end of the year to go into schools and give talks and seminars around communication in the outside world and how important it is that youngsters get a head start! I will also be helping them with effective interview techniques.

I coach and train people, with all sorts of requirements, from Life, Business, Career, Relationships and Self Development issues or goals. I feel my skills and experience would transfer across into the advertised role very comfortably. I am a very adaptable person who enjoys helping others to achieve their desires, goals and ultimate success.

I also have qualifications as a Teacher, Examiner and Coach within the swimming world, i.e. RLSS, STA and ASA organisations.

I have played football at various levels from under tens until I was forty two years of age, I also had a trial for Chelsea FC, as an under sixteen's goalkeeper! I have run and trained five a side teams for the Royal Mail which was a National Competition.

Experience and preference for my next role, I am a Life and Business Coach, with nearly ten years experience. I have also been involved in training and have a Train the Trainer qualification, as well as other training experience.

I am looking to continue my development and move onto the next level.

I have previously worked for British Gas as a National Sales Coach & Trainer and also for Barclays Bank Plc, as an Area Sales and Performance Coach & Trainer, covering SE Wales, Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

· I have qualifications in Training, Coaching, Feedback, Diagnostics Process & Basic NLP.

· I have also designed and delivered various training workshops and courses around Sales Performance and Sales Results.
