My company is a Limited Liability Partnership working with Associates throughout the UK (and sometimes abroad) to deliver high quality Learning and Development events. These could be courses, team-building, 1 to 1 coaching, use of psychometrics or facilitating meetings depending on what it is that you need.

We base our work on the principle that the positive effect of investing in people at work extends beyond the individual organisation and that by providing a people orientated focus in our interventions, there is a resultant impact on society as a whole. We aim to enable real change, beyond systems and processes, by emphasising the human approach to work and workplace relationships.

About Lindsay Marcer

Before I moved into Learning and Development in 2005 I held various roles in the public sector. I have worked as a Project Manager and negotiator, and am an experienced Leader and Manager with mentoring and tutoring skills. Amongst other techniques I use the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) extensively in working with individuals and teams.

I am a facilitator and work with teams to assist them in developing their effectiveness in communications and working together, as well as reviewing their achievements and strategic planning.

My particular areas of expertise and particular interest are:

I am a qualified trainer, and Chartered Member of CIPD as well as holding the Certificate in Training Practice, and am a qualified MBTI Step 1 and step 2 practitioner.
