I worked as a Credit Control Manager and director for many years before deciding to start my own business in 2004, qualified as a life, business growth and corporate coach and have never looked back! I became a licensed NLP practitioner in 2007

I love helping others to be confident about themselves and to enjoy life to the full. My parents are Italian and although born in London, I definitely have the Mediterranean genes! We love food, to laugh and to share our opinions with anyone who will listen! Thankfully I was brought up in this country and so I have a modest and reflective side too!

My hobbies are football (Season ticket holder for Ipswich but as a Londoner also love Arsenal), playing bridge, politics, eating out, writing and reading coaching books. I often use football as an analogy in coaching because it represents everything there is to know about building a fantastic team.
