Hi I’m Jane Hardy and my company is One Stop Financial Security (OSFS).
I got into debt management after a traumatic period of my life. In 2005 I was diagnosed with a life threatening heart condition. As a result I lost my job and my income and had to survive on benefits. I determined then to work to help others struggling financially and so set up OSFS.
So now I am in the privileged position of helping people who have got themselves into debt, or not sure which way to turn for a financial solution, to find a way out of their problems and to help them realise that there is always a solution.

I guarantee that I will always give you honest, unbiased advice. I will only suggest a solution, or solutions, which is absolutely right for you, not the one which will earn me the most money. I do this by giving you the information you require to make an informed decision as to the right choice for you, not just for today but in 1 year, 5 years’ or even in 10 years time.
If at any time you feel I am not working in your best interests, you are completely free to walk away and I will not charge you a penny, nor will I contact you again.
I Do Not Charge For My Services
You can contact me confident that the help I give and information I provide will not cost you a thing for discussions or meetings. I make my money by sharing any fees for either an insolvency solution, loan or remortgage, etc, with either an Insolvency Practitioner or Independent Financial Adviser. Rest assured that wherever future fees might be incurred, you will be advised at the outset. I don’t believe in surprises –large or small! However, if you just need some budgeting and money saving advice, a bit of financial juggling or just a chat, then all it will cost you is a cup of tea.

I will help you to manage your money better.
Firstly I will create an income and expenditure sheet so that you have a complete overview of your finances.
It’s then about increasing income and reducing costs.
- Spending – helping you to spend less on the things you need everyday.
- Costs – I’ll show you where you can make small changes to save money and make your income go further.
- Increase Income – there are a number of ways I can suggest to increase your income such as ensuring you’re claiming all the benefits you’re entitled to.
- Network of associates – I work with a number of other experts, especially Insolvency Practitioners and Independent Financial Advisers. Together we will provide you with the best possible solution to your finances.

Where to start....... A varied career from Marketing, Customer Service and Sales, mostly in the Financial Services market, however, my last role was working for an American computer software company selling to Financial Service companies - need I say more!
The best job of all is working for myself at One Stop Financial Security helping people manage their debts and taking back control of their lives. I have my own Consumer Credit License and love helping others. Last week I received a bouquet of flowers from a grateful client and today (8 September 2010) I received a lovely thank you card from another client. How blessed I am to be in such a job where I get to see people smiling again. I do totally understand the misery that debt can cause.
