As a Senior Healthcare Partner, I am a Director of CHG Solutions Ltd, an Appointed Representative of WPA Healthcare Practice Plc. The text that follows is standardised for Healthcare Partners and Senior Healthcare Partners by WPA Healthcare Practice Plc.
The Healthcare Practice is a wholly owned subsidiary of WPA, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. I only advise on WPA’s products and services, which provide access to the sort of healthcare that I want for myself and my family.
The Healthcare Practice holds itself to the highest professional standards. They are full members of the British Franchise Association, adhering to its Code of Ethics.
As a Healthcare Partner I focus on the service I provide to my clients. I am trained first and foremost to listen and ask questions, so I truly understand the needs of my clients. To give the best advice. To never rush. To always act in my client's best interest.
WPA offer groundbreaking personal and business health insurance policies that have truly revolutionised healthcare in the UK. From funding cancer drugs not readily available on the NHS, the first benefit of its kind, to being recognised by the World Health Organisation as leading in the development of new policies that reduce costs for clients.

After 27 years working for TSB, Lloyds TSB and Lloyds Banking Group, including seven years as a Senior Manager, I left banking early in 2010. At that time, I had every intention of staying well away from Financial Services and was looking to set something up locally. Investigating possible franchises I stumbled across WPA Healthcare Practice. I was immediately impressed by the culture and values within WPA and after much investigation, I was convinced that WPA was as serious about Customer Service as it said it was. It was also very difficult not to be impressed by other WPA credentials such as the not-for-profit status, the 100 year+ heritage, and the various awards and British Standards Accreditations WPA had received in recent years. After a good number of meetings (including several with existing Healthcare Partners), I finally decided to join WPA as a Healthcare Partner and completed my training in September 2010. 7 years on and I haven't been disappointed. While it's hard work starting from scratch, WPA's quality really does help tremendously - and it doesn't feel like Financial Services. I've also found 4N to be excellent for networking in an enjoyable environment. It might take longer to build relationships than through some other networking groups, but you're building far more of them due to being able to passport. Over the last eight years I have undertaken every team role within 4N and am now a Regional Leader, looking after 18 Groups in South Wales, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire & Wiltshire.
Outside of work, I'm married to Danielle with a 20 year old Daughter (student midwife at Salford) and a 17 year old Son (driving now - yikes). Dani & I spend most of our non-work time on activities to support them. Former Head Coach of Dursley U7s to U15s (was also on the Mini & Youth Committee). I'm a season ticket holder at Derby County (30 years after I last had a season ticket) and have successfully indoctrinated both of our children too. We also enjoy skiing (and got married on skis in Heavenly, USA on Christmas Eve 1999).
