Independent letting agents offering landlords in West of Scotland help and advice in all matters concerning letting, we can offer services of emptycare, preletting work, tenant sourcing, tenant referencing, finders fee only to full management of the property, advice on Scottish Letting Legislation, we are a member firm of Association of Residential Letting Agents, and Landlord Accreditation Scheme.
June Mackenzie came into the lettings business by accident when I moved to Edinburgh some 15 years ago to live with my partner at the time and started work as a secretary for a lettings and sales agency in Castle Street Edinburgh, since starting out I have developmed and moved back to Glasgow area where I have worked for both small independent letting agentcies and latterly large corporate firm running their lettings division for the West of Scotland covering a branch network of 15 branches, so I am used to covering areas from West to Helensbugh, East to Stirling, North to Bishopbriggs and South to Kilmarnock and all areas inbetween. Two years ago found myself and other work colleagues sold onto another company with the lettings client base but did not agree with the new management structure so left the company and started Fine Lets Limited January 2009 with my Co Director Jean McCann. Wish to offer to landlords the wealth of my experience and training in the lettings business to optomise their investment and property potential.
