Prime Estate Management are 'Residential Block Managers' - That is we look after the communal areas of residential developments - stairwell cleaning, gardening, car parks and so on.
We currently look after in excess of 250 properties and our role is to collect and then to spend the service charge that is paid by the property owners. We take a very hands on approach to the role and believe we can see the issues from many angles being owners of properties ourselves and having seen poor service from some of the 'bigger companies' in the field.
We are based in Yorkshire between Leeds and Wetherby and are keen to take on more developments. If you, or anyone you know is involved in a development where they say 'we never get anything for the service charge we pay' then please get them to give me a call.
In addition we also run 'York City Apartments' and have two 4 Star Self Catering Apartments in the centre of York for up to 4 people in each.
