Hello, My Name is Omer, I started my accountancy career in 2001, training with a Chartered accountants firm in London.
I passed my ACCA final exams in 2003. I have worked with many CA & ACCA firms since then. I specialise in small and medium sized businesses.

I have great passion for IT. This led me to get involved in IT industry and gain qualifications of computer software, hardware and Networks. I did run my Part Time IT business for few years. The idea was to get first hand experience of IT and more importantly get to know how it likes to be starting and running a product and service based business? As most accountants only have practical experience of being involved in accountancy business, I wanted to know practicalities my clients face. IT business helped me to not only get better understanding of IT , it also made me unique in a sense that I can relate to business IT needs very well and this is very helpful now for my accountancy clients. I don’t provide IT services to general public anymore, only advice for my accountancy clients and friends.

I qualified as CeMap (Mortgage advisor) in 2006 and worked few months just to get experience of financial services industry. I do not operate as mortgage advisor at all.

I got involved in IT, financial services and Network Marketing for a reason. The purpose was to pass on benefit of all above skills and experience to my accountancy clients for better business consultancy. This made me a better Accountant and Business consultant because now i know how my clients feel and think about their business. Observing is one thing and being in those shoes is another.
