Having worked for one of the UK's largest Insurance companies I've learnt loads about what makes a business tick; how to make them successful and how to lead people to exceptional performance through fantastic leadership engagement.
However, lots of small businesses don't have the opportunity to access this level of support at an affordable price. So in 2010 I started my own business with a vision of offering business support to small companies and sole-traders. The aim is to deliver exceptional value and personalised support to meet the needs of local businesses as they strive to grow and improve.
With small businesses playing such an important role in both the local and national economy it would be tragic if they weren't able to be as successful as they deserved to be because they couldn't afford the rates that large consulting firms charged.

I am an approachable and experienced independent business coach, with a wealth of knowledge in variety of business areas. I spent ten years working for the UK’s largest insurance company, coaching and supporting leaders and managers at all levels. I left this role to start Allsorts Consulting in 2010 in order that I could support individuals and businesses in my local area.
I’m passionate about the role of small businesses in both the local and national economy; the positive impact they can have on the local community and am devoted to helping individuals and small business get the rewards they deserve.
As well as running my own successful business, I’m an active networker and has built up a bank of trusted suppliers that I can use to fulfil my clients specialist needs.
When I am not working I spend time with my family (wife Lizzie and children Sam (13) and Holly (11)) and take the odd photo
