I have been a lawyer for over 25 years now (with a short out in 2007 to set up and run another business). I mainly practice in the personal injury field, primarily on behalf of the person who has been injured. I deal with claims ranging from sprained ankles to catastrophic head and spinal injuries, on behalf of clients ranging from 3 to 86.

I also deal with a lot of other dispute resolution, ranging from professional negligence to insurance indemnity disputes, contractual disputes to invasion of privacy, and a lot more besides.  I am a trained mediator so can offer various approaches to resolve matters.

I had always worked on the basis that my clients paid nothing if they lost and kept 100% of their damages if they won but the government has recently put a spanner in the works with that!!  I can still offer a no win, no fee service, but if you win, you may have to sacrifice a small proportion of your damages to cover legal fees.  Don't worry, I will do everything I can to keep this to the absolute minimum.

I live near Chepstow with my fantastic wife (another lawyer!) and our totally wonderful son, Henry. We are not certain what we did with all the time we clearly must have had before he arrived........... but we wouldn't ever be without him!!
