I am a lawyer specialising in employment law. I act for both employers and employees in Employment Tribunals and the Employment Appeal Tribunal. I also carry out non-contentious work i.e. drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures. In addition, I am the nominated HR advisor for the firm’s sister company forward employ. More recently, I have been involved in high value breach of contract claims, disability discrimination claims and whistle blowing disputes.

In my spare time I can often be found helping out on the family farm near Abergavenny.
