Paul has over 30 years experience in sales, marketing and senior management having worked with several high profile companies such as Xerox, Agfa, BMW and Lexus before starting his own business. Paul brings considerable experience to the financial, commercial and development of the company utilising an innovative and creative approach to the services we provide to our clients. Paul has a particular interest in personalising the care we provide to all our clients to ensure the best outcomes and value for money. He ensures he is involved in all areas of the training and care provided by SmartCare Epsom and regularly attends courses and training on all aspects of care.
