Hazelwood Marketing provides services to recruit and retain foster carers

I have worked within sales and marketing for nearly 20 years. During that time I was Arizona Department of Commerce's European Trade Director for over 5 years, helping the Department and Arizona companies achieve their international trade objectives.  This included organising attendence at numerous trade shows and helping Arizona companies achieve their show goals.  Shows included large shows such as the Farnborough and Paris Airshows, CeBIT, Hannover Fairs, Medica and many more.  I also generated FDI and trade leads.

I provide solutions and services working together with Social Services teams and private agencies to recruit and maintain foster carers.  I am a respite care myself so understand the work and the assessment process, and have personally delivered full campaigns to public and private agencies.

I set up Hazelwood Marketing in Sept 2010.

I live in rural Shropshire and have been settled here for 7 years. I have also lived in Wales for 4 years, in France and Australia for 1 year (though Australia was just travel really). Home for much of my life was in East Sussex.

I have cycled to Lisbon and run a marathon but don't really cycle or run as such - just like having goals and achieving them. I enjoy walking the dog, country living, skiing, and travel. I'm a member of a local book club and I run a local oil buying group - recommended to anyone that relies on oil to heat their home.
