Hello,I'm Gill Warren,a business coach, accountant, lecturer and business woman. My recent book, " Set Up A Therapy Business: a step by step guide" has been rated 5 stars on Amazon and adopted as a recommended text by 14 of the top 20 therapy schools around Bristol.

Having run my own businesses and advised businesses for the last ten years I know how isolated you can feel and how sometimes it seems as though you are working flat out just to keep still, and how this can impact all areas of your life.

I specialise in small to medium businesses and offer one to one executive coaching for owner managers to give mentoring and coaching to make the business more successful ( however you define that, and we look at that in the initial session) and bring balance back into your life. This coaching saves you fret, sweat and debt.

I have worked in big multinationals in the past and run my own successful businesses and have a passion for small businesses where we can make a huge contribution, so that you can be free to meet your goals. With my background in business and life coaching we can work on both the business optimisation and the work/life balance.

As a child, growing up in Zambia, I could do nothing about the poverty and even as a child could see so much of the aid was wasted in the form of broken tractors lying in the fields. What did inspire me though, was to see the impact a gift made; a gift my mother made to my nanny, Francesca, when she left. The gift was not money, but a hand powered singer sewing machine, needles, threads etc so that Francesca could go back to her village and set up her own business. That was the gift of freedom and independence. It is the same inspiration that leads me to support and coach small and medium sized business owners so that they can have their own freedom and independence, making use of my coaching, accountancy and business skills.

I trained as an accountant with Price Waterhouse in London, worked in big multinationals ( BP and Allied Domecq) and have co-owned and run small successful businesses. It was in the executive corporate world that I was first trained as a coach and subsequently qualified with Noble Manhattan, the longest established and very respected coaching training company. I am a life long devotee of self development and bring all these facets to the coaching and mentoring that I do.

I love walking and losing at badminton, enjoy the movies and spending time with my daughter and neurotic cat.
