From a background in business psychology, I applied my learning to the 3 businesses I run!
Personnel Surveys was the first business I set up - project managing employee surveys for large organisations throughout the UK.
My second, and main, business is Sam Flynn Social Media - helping organisations win more business online. I do this through training, either online, workshops or 1:1.
My final business is as the Business Growth Advisor for the Entrepreneur's Circle in Manchester, helping business owners achieve super success.
In the spare time I have, I love reading business books, watching webinars, etc and generally expanding my knowledge! I also love going out in Manchester while I'm still young enough to (which of course I will always be!). And I love trying to escape to the countryside where possible to, having grown up in the very quiet Isle of Man, it's good to escape the city and go back to what I know in the countryside!
