I have worked in senior Human Resource Management for sixteen years, and have a wide range of experience with household names such as HJ Heinz and the Post Office both in the UK and on an international basis. I am particularly strong in conflict management and my pragmatic approach to ensure your business is compliant.
I have led and delivered major change programmes, including re-structuring, growth and redundancy situations, which has given me a truly wide skills portfolio, covering Employee Resourcing, TUPE transfers, Development, Reward and Relations through to preparing for Employment Tribunals, notably in strongly unionised organisations and in a variety of western and non-western environments.
In 16 years in HR, I have never ended up in a tribunal despite exiting approx 400 people from businesses during that time.
I have recently become an accredited Workplace Mediator, and am available for dispute resolution between parties.
