The Passion Test for Business

As well as my personal coaching practise (see below) I also offer The Passion Test for Business with my partner Beatrice Buchser.

In a Gallup poll in the USA in 2009 it was shown 71% of employees are disengaged or actively disengaged. That means only 29% of employees are engaged in what they do. It is this 29% which goes the extra mile, actively comes up with new ideas or solutions for problems. Not only that those actively disengaged employees can be costing the company up to $16,000 a year.

The Passion Test for Business is about turning those statistics upside down. What distinguishes the Passion Test for Business program is that we assist companies in identifying their unique contribution and company passions and express them with elegant simplicity that ignites passion. We also do a workshop with all employees to identify their work and personal core passions, and then see how those passions can be aligned to the company passions, hence creating contagious engagement.

When everyone in the company is engaged in the company unique contribution and passions, then not only is everyone happier and more productive at work, but the bottom line improves.

There is also a Passion Test for Business for solo entrepreneurs, specializing in identifying the clients unique contribution and ensuring that they are focusing all their efforts in the right direction. Once they have that information they can assess new opportunities when they arise with the confidence of knowing exactly where their company passions lie and how to follow them.

I've been there (and fot a few tee-shirts and I have had major changes in my life. Originally coming from a corporate sales background I left that world to follow my own heart to work in arenas that made a difference in the world.

This took me to various places from working for an alternative technology agency to working for four years at the global headquarters of a spiritual foundation.

My most recent (well ten years ago now!) change was to move to Southern Spain where I trained to become a Coach, Master NLP Practitioner and Passion Test Facilitator and for the last seven years I have loved coaching people who want to 'go for' the life they choose.

I now live in Spain and often travel to Switzerland where my partner has a graphic design studio.  I also come to the UK often where we offer The Passion Test for Business, a powerful program designed to enhance profit through creating contagious engagement of all the poeple working in a business from the CEO to the trainee. 

We also offer The Passion Test workshop - a simple yet profound 4 hours where individuals get back in touch with thier personal passions and learn how to alwasy choose in thier pfavour whenever they are faced with a decision.  And as an empowerment coach all of my coaching work is done via the phone so I am a movable feast!
