About Evonne Brown
Since 2001 I was an award winning obesity counsellor, helping several hundred clients to lose weight and manage their new healthy weight.
In 2010 I set up AllChange in order to provide SMEs with a cost effective stress management service. This service helps protect employers' reputation and guards against costly stress related absenteeism, 'presenteeism' and employee tribunals.
The program is based on cognative behavioural therapy and costs from as little as £1 per employee per week.
