I graduated from Drama school and worked as a Proffesional Actress in a variety of different Theatre, TV and Radio productions throughout my early 20's, I then moved into Theatre in Education where I toured educational venues and ran a variety of interactive workshops.
I put acting to one side when I was offered a role as a PA/Nanny for a high profile celebrity, a wonderful 2 year experience albeit challenging at times but I got to meet some amazing people throughout the showbiz world and go to some fantastic places, however, I decided that I needed a fresh challenge so an opportunity came up to work overseas as a Holiday Entertainer and suddenly I was on a plane to sunny Cyprus and ended up staying for 3 years, after an intial 6 months I was promoted to Entertainments Team Leader and 6 months later Entertainments manager for the whole island which is where my recruitment days started,
I was involved in the recruitment and training of all new staff, travelling all throughout the UK in the winter months to build teams and send them across Europe in the spring, again an amazing experience but I decided I wanted to pursue recruitment and came back to the uk where I became a consultant at Aston Elite in Maidenhead for the next 3 years, followed by 18months at Level 10 a new recruitment agency that was launched in Slough in August 2010, this was without a doubt the biggest challenge of my life as the manager I was heavily involved in all aspects of the business start up and the running of the agency, due to the decline in high st recruitment In April 2012 I was offered the opportunity to get involved with a new product based at Calheta Consulting as a business development manager
