Abigail Hall Design is an interior styling company specialising in styling properties to help them rent or sell.  Styled houses are more likely to sell for their asking price and in a reduced time.  Research shows that only 1 in 5 people can actually see past household clutter, overpowering colours and over furnished rooms and despite the abundance of advice of interior programmes the majority of households do not adopt their lessons when selling or renting.

I work with local estate agents who refer clients who may benefit from this service as it moved the properties through their book more quickly, reducing average advertising spend and assisting with cash flow.

I set up the business in 2007 with a range of tableware and interior products distributed nationwide.  I loved creating bespoke products and product ranges but missed the day to day design interaction with clients.

So, in 2010 I expanded into offering home and commercial interior design services; bringing my crisp, sophisticated style to the West Midlands, without the designer price tag.

At the same time I started assisting client to style their properties to sell.  This involved looking at their properties from a buyers perspective; removing lifestyle clutter, arranging furniture to demonstrate maximum use of the space and introducing specific styling techniques to present the property (inside and out) to the highest standard - in order to attract the highest asking price and in the shortest possible selling time.

Some of my work has been featured locally and nationally so am fortunate enough to be used as an expert source on interior styling and frequently contribute to magazine articles, Radio shows and on TV.

Geographically I have worked on projects throughout Birmingham and Worcester and am available to work in the West Midlands or Worldwide by negotiation.

Most referrals through word of mouth of past satisfied customers or through estate agents who advocate the service.  I am always happy to hear from new customers who have any type of interior issue.
