An enthusiastic accountant who enjoys helping businesses to grow and develop. With experience in different industries, at different operating levels, from £1m upto £100m turnover but all within the SME bracket. I.T. literate and excellent at looking at processes, designing databases, and generating ideas for helping businesses grow.
I became CIMA qualified in 1997, after completing my AAT qualification, and then went on to do a Masters degree in Finance and Accounting. I guess I must really enjoy my profession!
I have worked since I left school at 16 and, having worked in a variety of industries and different size organisations, successfully worked through the ranks of the Finance profession from Receptionist to Financial Controller and most roles in between.
I have set up a branch of The Financial Management Centre so that I can use my knowledge and expertise to help SME's of all sizes to maximise their potential, whether that is to grow the company, to free up more time for themselves or to maintain a certain standard of income, I am eager to help in any way possible.
I am also the Business Development Manager for the North and look to help other branches of The Financial Management Centre grow and develop.
