I have provided consulting, coaching and training to several public and private sector organizations. I hold an MSc in Business Management Systems from Warwick Business School and am a Chartered IT Practitioner. My 30 year career spans operations, project management, information technology and strategy development in major UK and global organisations - primarily in Financial Services, but also in the Oil and Chemical Industry and Software Development. I also have extensive international experience, particularly in Europe and Asia.

My experience of change management, both as a leader and an architect of change, includes merger and acquisition, divestment, and significant strategic and organisational change in companies such as Albany Life/Canada Life, Standard Chartered Bank and ClarityBlue/Experian.

My clients include EverythingIT, Systemagic, Aegir Techical Services, Direct Healthcare Solutions, and numerous small and medium sized businesses in the Bath/Bristol area. I am also appointed to the elite coaching panel of the GWE Business West/ERDF and Growth Accelerator High Growth Programmes in the South West.
