Buchanan & Co has evolved from the merger of LHC Solicitors Family division with another Law firm in January 2011.
LHC's Trusts, Wills and Estates department did not transfer and so on the 9th February 2011, Buchanan & Co was born.
The Buchanan & Co team consists some of the original LHC team which have a wealth of experience along with our two Solicitor/Partners we offer an extensive legal service.
We have Two Offices, one in Kiveton Park, Sheffield and our Head Office in Staveley, Chesterfield. We maintain a very active networking service with other specialist legal services and as such can provide all our clients with a full range of legal advice.
Buchanan & Co offer a full Estate Planning service, on a personal one to one basis.
Currently we prepare your Will from only £30. Yes £30 and from that point you add the particular requirements, i.e. trusts, guardians etc. and related cost, to formulate the Will which suits your life’s requirements. We are currently running a FREE standard Will service with Cancer Research UK .....contact me for more details.
We also offer Will storage for the life time of your Will with us if you register the Will with the only Solicitors Will registration scheme on the market. This is peace of mind for your loveones if the can't find your copy Will, a quick enquiry with a local Solicitor will establish where the original is kept.
