Having worked in the policing sector since 1977 I have developed experience and skills across all the major disciplines, namely local/community, traffic, criminal investigation, major and serious crime, internal investigations, change, project, call centre and people management and most recently Equality and Diversity from a legal, staff and operational perspective.
I have worked at a national level working within the regional policing the futures team during the Governments drive to regionalise policing services.
Also worked for some years within the technology arena, involved in a number of projects, software development, system development and implementation and since 2006 been the owner of a business and technology company.
