Armitage Property Restyling offers three services:
Armitage Property Restyling: Interior Design and Property Restyling solutions, including home staging, show homes, property presentation and space planning.
Armitage Home decluttered: Solving storage problems in the home and office, and helping clients create a streamlined, easy to manage, stress-free environment.
Armitage Fine Art: A collection of contemporary, fine art works popular in both residential and home settings.
I am a professional property stylist motivated by a lifelong passion for creativity, design and property presentation. The beginnings of my creative drive began in my childhood, where I experienced an undiagnosed case of dyslexia at a very young age. Although school could be a struggle at times, I learnt very early on to appreciate everything that was visual, creative and aesthetically pleasing.
Throughout my twenties I turned this creativity to good use in my personal life as I moved house many times. I learnt how to stage properties effectively to get the best selling price, and also learnt the best decluttering techniques which minimised the stress of each move. In fact I became so skilled at this, that friends and family started asking for my help when they had to move and also for restyling tips for their homes. As my experience in property presentation grew, I decided to obtain formal qualifications. I now hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Interior Design and Interior Architecture, a BA honours and Masters degree in Fine Art and a City and Guilds in Soft Furnishings.
I set up my business www.armitage-homedecluttered.co.uk in 2006 while I was working towards completing my Masters degree and I have been helping individuals declutter their homes for a stress-free, streamlined life ever since. Around the same time, I also began to help property developers and estate agents style and restyle their properties for their target audience.
In 2011 I expanded my business and now run www.armitage-propertyrestyling.co.uk which reflect my experience and qualifications, and also my commitment and passion to the property restyling world.
