Why stay in a cramped hotel when you could have a wonderful stay in our lovely home, which is ideally situated for all the Disney Parks as well as Seaworld, Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure,  plus you have the bonus of being able to get away from it all and relax by your own pool with a chilled glass of wine or cool beer.

Highgate Park is a much sought after Gated Community. Located in a peaceful area set amongst beautiful rolling countryside with an abundance of pine trees and orange groves adding to the natural beauty of the area. It is ideally situated on the US Highway 27, just minutes south of the US Highway 192 and only a short drive from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and golf courses and 12 minutes drive to Disney World.  
 

For the golf enthusiast there is a Links style 18-hole golf course (Champions Gate - designed by Greg Norman) just ten minutes drive away.

The property is also within 15 minutes of another six good courses.

 

Have owned our Florida Villa since 2005 We bought off plan and watched it being built to our specification. The total floor space is 2580 sq ft.

We have 3 boys, Arun, Ryan & Kyle and this is where the ARKvilla name comes from

We run our home as a business but also as our home from home. We  upkeep to the highest of standards as we want our guests to have a fantastic time whilst staying. We have many repeat guests,  hopefully this means we're doing something right..

I do all the bookings myself and speak to all guests.  I  help and advise to ensure the planning stage runs smoothly.
