I am a reflexologist based in a clinic in West Street, Sutton on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday afternoons, why not get in contact and make an appointment.
I also provide treatments in the workplace for corporate health and wellbeing days, which is ideal as I am particularly interest is helping to relieve stress. I visit public sector offices in Croydon and Central London to provide half hour stress-buster reflexology treatments to staff on a regular basis.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Sutton Complementary Health Network.
I am a qualified reflexologist, I trained at the Central London College of Reflexology, near Covent Garden. During my training I undertook some voluntary reflexology sessions at the Yoga Show at Olympia. I recently took part in a Health and Well-being Days at HM Prison High Down and for the London Borough of Merton during Carers Week.
Before entering the world of therapies I was a civil servant for far too many years but then decided to do something completely different.
I am also a part-time carer for my elderly mother, I am a British Red Cross volunteer and attend events as a first aider and in my spare time I am undertaking a City and Guilds photography course.

Reflexology helps relaxation, improves mood, aids sleep and helps to relieve tension. Why not come to my clinic in Sutton for a relaxing treatment.
