Niall O’Driscoll ACMA CGMA. I started my career in practice then moved into industry, working many years for a number of SME businesses from a ski wear manufacturer to a microphone distribution company.
Before starting my current business I was a senior interim finance professional. Typically my clients were listed companies dealing with change and restructure. Assignments generally meant I worked with organisations to downsize operations and dispose of non-core businesses.
In 2010 I started a consultancy firm helping SME businesses. I offer a unique service utilising my vast arsenal of skills and experience gained working with businesses of all sizes and industries.
My expertise include company structure, design, business and tax planning, accountancy and mentoring.
Currently I'm working with a number of clients assisting with acquisitions and start-ups. Completing Due Diligence and business planning and sourcing finance.
