I have been working in with industrial and business IT since leaving school.  Most of my work has been in the Biotech & Pharmaceutical industries and I have spent the last 10 years constantly working away at mainly manufacturing sites across the UK and Ireland.

A high performer with a proven record of delivering and supporting fully qualified and compliant IT and Automation projects to intensely regulated businesses. An expert in delivering quality through various processes, I am a strong validation expert and I am capable of defining and implementing very complex test strategies and generating supporting plans and schedules (of all types).

As an individual with a ‘can do’ attitude and a determined willingness to continuously develop my skill set, I have gained and maintained an extensive knowledge of the processes and methodologies attributed to project definition and execution within tightly controlled and regulated industries. I possess a profound interest in establishing lean, usable project and quality system frameworks.

Recently, my wife and I have made the decision to return to my home in Northumberland  on a more full-time basis and this has caused a slight change in direction for myself and my company.  We are in the North East of England and DMR (UK) Limited is open for business.

As most companies are heavily dependant on IT, Automation and Engineering Systems whose regualtory bodies and require a certain level of paper work to be generated I have decided to plug a gap in the market for regulatory compliance, technical authoring and project lifecycle services to any company, not just drug manufacturers.  Across the IT field, for example - the same good practices apply to computer systems in a hospital or police station as to an oil refinery or biotech plant, so I think the market it there.

So, I am here and driving the business on a daily basis, looking for new challenges and projects constantly whilst enjoying meeting as many new people as I can.  I am interested in helping anyone, be it a small company who needs to make their office more efficient or a large company needing assistance with a large organisational change or project.
