 What do I do?

I support while enhancing individual’s people’s performance in business to achieve success in their goals. The same issues occur for people in what ever industry they are working in, this could be clarifying objectives, improving communication, and decision making skills and support when facing change.

Career coaching  in your present role or through redundancy, the objective is to empower you to have the tools and suggestions, enabling you to maximise your skills, assessing career options including self employment. Creative in finding job opportunities’ networking, interviews preparation, & interviews techniques while building motivation and confidence.

• I am  interested in working with the Person in the SME's that have a belief that people investment is cost effective.

• Individuals that have a desire to move forward but need support to identify the steps to get to their goal both professional or personally.  

I am accredited coach and NLP Practitioner. Over 20 years experience in people and career development.

Throughout my career I have found my instinctive direction has always included the coaching, training and mentoring of people.   Throughout my life I have been embroiled in business, from immediate  to extended family and beyond,   large organisations to small entrepreneurial start-ups. I understand the practicalities of business and know what it takes to survive and thrive in a tough commercial environment. My career experience ranges from Sales, members retention for corporate healthcare industry, to senior executive recruitment in the building industry.

Two years ago I decided I wanted to develop KMCCoaching to vehicle my passion for  people. For 18 months I was seconded to work with the Department of  Work and Pensions to focus support to  the high  numbers of professional’s that had been made redundant . People who had never been out of work all their  working career,  to maximise their  skills, assessing career options including self employment, creative in finding job opportunities' networking, interview preparation and interview techniques while building motivation and confidence, this also included  Under Graduates on the  threshold hopefully of their career’s providing all the good professional grounding skills that will assist   not only  in their  quest of a job  but throughout their career.  I have enjoyed the diversity and personalities of my passion which is people.

I enjoy reading, anything from food packets, autobiographies to a good yarn. I love cold ambrosia rice, dislike slow drivers & The Beatles song Hey Jude.
