Pyramid Training Solutions is an independent training organisation based in Herefordshire with a passion for learning and development. We work with our clients to identify their learning and development needs through our detailed, analytical approach and agree solutions to meet organisation and individual objectives.
We focus on three key areas to meet our clients’ business needs:
Consultancy
We work with organisations and individuals to help establish their learning and development needs through discussion, detailed training needs analysis and review and evaluation of systems policies and procedures
Training
We deliver a wide range of training, coaching and mentoring activities and work with our clients to design solutions that are tailor-made to meet individual and organisational needs.
Qualifications
We establish the most appropriate and relevant qualification for individual achievement through detailed discussion. We offer many nationally-accredited qualifications and work with individuals and organisations to deliver the agreed qualification.
I am an established training and development specialist having worked in a variety of industries, utlising skills and knowledge gained from an extensive career with the military. I work with individuals and organisations throughout the UK and overseas to help maximise personal development and contribute to organisational effectiveness.
My specialties are leadership and management, trainer development and personal effectiveness skills. With an analytical approach to training, I ensure a personalised learning journey happens in all training and qualification delivery.
Out of work my focus is my family. Married with two young children and a grumpy old dog doesn't leave me with a lot of time but if there is any spare it's time to blow out the cobwebs on my mountain bike. If there are any keen moutain bikers that fancy a blast in Ross-on-Wye/Forest of Dean area give me a shout and I would be happy to meet up.
