Our key objective is to establish and develop close relationships with all of our clients whatever their size and needs which enables us to gain an in-depth understanding of their business objectives and philosophies, In this way, we can ensure that our services are tailor made to each individual clients personal needs and are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Our services include:

I was born in High Wycombe and after 47 years I have never quite managed to leave the place and I am not sure if that says more about me or the town?
I left school in 1981 and quickly decided that I wanted to work in a nice warm office rather than anywhere else so I embarked on a career in insurance and I have never looked back. During my career I have worked for global brokerages handling the insurance needs of FTSE companies as well as smaller brokerages dealing with individuals and SME companies and I felt at home in both enviroments. What I did discover that the smaller brokerages are far more customer focused and do actually put their clients at the heart of everything they do.
My aim is fully understand my clients business by listening to them which enables me to ensure that the insurance covers that I arrange for them are fit for purpose.
