Edward Zia - The Crazy Persian is the hardworking Director and Owner of Excellence Above.
Being the Proud Owner of his business, he goes the extra mile to ensure his Clients are Happy and achieving great results from the Mentoring & Consulting Services.
Edward has worked for over a decade in a range of Key Marketing & Management Roles. His experience ranges from Small to Large Corporate experience, but after
years in this space he has fallen in love with Small Businesses.
Since the start of his Marketing Career in his early 20’s - Edward has Coached & Mentored a range of clients from industries covering Health, Food & Beverage, Retail, Hospitality, Automotive and Professional Services. Edward has a wide range of qualifications including a Bachelor of Applied Science, Graduate Certificate in Management and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing. Edward is an Associate Fellow with the Australian Marketing Institute and a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM License # 32302). He has also served in the Australian Army, 4th Combat Engineer Regiment (4CER).
Edward has worked Directly for some of the Wealthiest Families in Australia assisting them with everything from high end Strategic Discussions right through to helping pick the ‘Best Colour’ for their Advertising Artwork. He has a plethora of experience in Markets across Australia including Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales.
Over the years he has developed an eye for the ‘Right’ Strategy & Implementation that transforms into exceptional commercial results.
