IGROW specialises in helping businesses grow and build on the success that they have had to date.  This usually stems from having clarity about what success means to that business - such as increased turnover or profit, better margins, new products, a great culture or gettting the best from people - followed by a clear strategy and plan then the 'doing' can begin.

We call this 'creating a blueprint for success'. This will start with an understanding of your business - quite simply a conversation - and from there specific opportunities for growth or challenges are identified.  IGROW allows the business owner or directors the chance to stop and vocalise what they usually already know but have yet to grasp - the 'aha moment' - and to then create practical action plans to address them and deliver measureable results.

I have worked for many years in corporate business and agencies in sales, marketing, operations, general management and leadership involving the start up or take over and growth of businesses in the UK, Central Europe and latterly in China.- from franchised education business to training and learning to sports sponsorship and athlete management to business improvement and events management, all with some of the biggest brand names in the world.

I love business and people - linking the two is the secret to success and at the core of all my experience and development.  It starts with great strategy followed by excellent plans to give clarity of purpose.  The rest is all about leadership, communication and 'doing'.

My passion is helping business owners and company directors gain energy from having a clarity of purpose in their businesses and sometimes also their personal lives as well.  I established IGROW specifically to do this with the opportunitiy to work with a broad variety of people and businesses - the perfect role!

I am also a business mentor with the Princes Trust which I love - being able to help young people take a business dream and guide them to making it happen (or not when appropriate)  - something I would have got so much from if I had had such a mentor at the age of 18 or 20.

When relaxing, it's all about exercise, travelling, sunshine, great ale/red wine and laughter with my girls.
