We decided to form The Frank Boys out of an incredible desire to bring a fresh, positive approach to consultancy. Leaving secure and long standing jobs we have shaped our business to offer a refreshing change to old-paradigm consultancies which enforce and impose solutions. We empower, coach and support individuals and teams to deliver tangible commercial value
Our company name was given to us by our clients. Before The Frank Boys became our formal company name our clients called us “the frank boys” out of affection, respect for our work, and the frank, open and honest discussions that they have had with us.
We are approachable, loyal people and love what we do for you, our clients. We believe our approach works: In the last 2 years alone we have created benefits for our clients in excess of £51m.
Owner and Founder
I am the owner and founder of The Frank Boys. Prior to this, I was a Delivery Director within a large reputable consultancy practice. In my 20 years in various Operational and Business Enablement roles, I have supported clients in a range of industries—including Retail, IT Insurance, Telcos, Banking, Media, NHS, Distribution and Engineering. I am completely dedicated to the success and improvement of the organisations I work with.
Thought leadership
I am an active and enthusiastic participant in business exhibitions, networking events and public speaking. I believe in empowering individuals and teams, and in cleansing the cultural baggage that so many organisations carry with them, setting individuals and organisations free. I strongly believe that businesses cannot continue to apply the same old management principles and techniques they have always used. The Frank Boys approach is fresh and less stuffy we are helping to shape world class organisations for the future.
Husband and family man
When I am not Frank Boying, I love spending time with my wife of 20 years, Alison and our three children Luke, Jessica and Daniel. I also really enjoy the company of our friends and eating out. I love cooking, music, and films; my all-time favourite being Shawshank Redemption
