Being well and breathing are two crucial things to enjoying life. I am passionate in all aspects of wellbeing. As a freelance fitness instructor, I have a great interest in promoting work-life balance and improving personal wellbeing through health and fitness. As an independent Pampered Chef consultant, I am passionate about cooking - using wonderful kitchen equipment and gadgets.
Now from the sublime to the ridiculous...except not that ridiculous really. In recent years I have lost loved ones. Coping with loss is in itself a challenging thing, regardless of preparation, but the practical aftermath of the loss can sometimes drag out the trauma unnecessarily. 18 months after the loss of a loved one, I found myself still dealing with probate. Having to ask difficult questions about people's possessions, raking through pain repeatedly and then to top it all off - losing much of the estate to Her Majesty's Tax Man through inheritance tax.
Planning your estate for the future of remaining loved ones is crucial to reducing the stress of what will already be a traumatic time. Therefore it is wise to have in place clear instructions as to how you wish your assets to be distributed and protected for the benefit of loved ones or friends and/or charities & organisations close to your heart. Wills and estate planning may be complex, but not necessarily complicated. Arranging lasting powers of attorney can also help protect your wellbeing and your assets at challenging times, and whilst no-one wishes for poor health or situation, it is important for peace of mind, to know that instructions have been put in place. I have added to my learning, and am now a qualified will writer and estate planner. Allow me to help you put things in place so that you may have the peace of mind to concentrate on being well and breathing. Enjoy life knowing that you and your loved ones can be looked after through careful planning across all aspects of life....from cradle to grave!
Born and brought up in Hong Kong of English & Korean (South!) heritage. Passionate about food and fitness, cats and cooking, and now 4N and building a strong social and business network to help me step right out of my comfort zone and become self-employed!
I speak Catonese, Chinglish and English - although if I really have to - some remnants of German and French do still exist and I will never starve in Korea or Hong Kong. I have huge interest in learning and think that should never stop. I believe in 'everything happens for a reason' and 'I can do whatever I set my mind to' but I do need people to remind me every so often. I think sincerity is an extremely valuable asset and I feel that mindfulness is something worth cultivating. Don't stress about the destination, instead enjoy the journey and all the learning that comes your way. And of course - Be well and breathe!
