I have spent the last 12 + years as a senior employment law consultant for one of Europe’s biggest employment law / health & safety consultancies. As a former MD, ,and  member of the Institute of Directors, I have been able offer clients experienced, commercially informed and pragmatic advice on a range of human resource problems. My client group ranged from SME’s to Multi-site  retail operations and international manufacturers, but I now specialise in the smaller business,    I personally, deliver what I promote, I AM your own HR manager!
