My chocolates have no added preservatives resulting in a unique, tailor made chocolate experience. Cocoamania is a business which can accommodate your wishes when you want to make a stylish impression and will customise events such as weddings, birthdays and corperate meetings to presentatons and boxes of chocolates.
I studied at Thanet Technical College in Broadstairs when I was 16 where I was successful in achieving my City and Guilds qualifications in Catering (706 1&2, 707 1&2 and 708 1). I took redundancy from a well known cross channel ferry company where I served onboard as an Assisitant Purser/Administration Manager in 2005 (well timed as I was pregnant with my daughter Holly). I decided to change direction and become self-employed and am pursuing my passion and expanding a demanding hobby into a growing business by producing unique and interesting chocolates.
My mission at Cocoamania is to continue to create and promote Hand Crafted Chocolates resulting in unparalleled experiences.
