We are specialists in interior decorations with most of our work being painting and wallpapering inside the home or office. We can even give advice on colour schemes or ideas to bolster your property!! If you have a home, and you want your time there to be worthwhile - then let us do it for you! At Lasting Impressions we take care in all our correspondence with you, we hoover when we are finished and we always come back if you want something tweaked. We organise all the materials for you so you dont have to move an inch and we can even let you pay in installments!! We will travel far afield for you. Have you ever heard of that from a tradesman? Hi everybody!
My name is John Triplis from Lasting Impressions. I am a professional painter and decorator with some interesting interior design experience. I have been involved in making homes look beautiful since I was about 14 years old! So the experience is definitely there.
I help give domestic and commercial clients ideas on what to create with the space they have, be it at home or in the office. Most business people like to have a good looking webite, glossy business cards and catchy leaflets. However is the paint hanging off the ceiling? Is the wallpaper torn? Yellow wall syndrome? If so, guess what? People think you are not as good at what you do because of it! Thats why I like to help out and visually see the results produced.
I like to think I am an interesting person. I've had many positions from the merchant navy, to call centres, to retail stores, to completing my apprenticeship as a HGV Technician, to completing my NVQ Level 3 in Painting and Decorating and completing a distance learning Diploma in Interior Design and currently studying Law.
I have travelled to many parts of the world and will continue to do so! I love an intelligent debate and often take part in doing so - although be warned I take it seriously! I am a bit of a business freak, I conjure ideas out of no-where on a regular basis and have a new plan every month or so! Some are good, some not so good, however my mind is always churning with more ideas. I enjoy this, its exciting.
I am Greek originally so going to Greece regularly and eating Greek food etc is a massive part of my life which I will always continue.
