I have spent the last 6 years in the hospitality/events industry in the capacity of Business Development/Sales Manager.  Previous to that I worked on a self employed basis on sales, marketing & admin projects.   I started my career as a PA/Secretary.

In the latter years I began to resent working hard for someone else with very little gratitude or reward.  It also used to annoy me how very little control I had of the entire process!

So... I changed it!
