Lyn McPherson (CMSL Options)

Having went freelance in September 2011, CMSL Options was born to provide business support to small business and voluntary organisations (including social enterprise).  What does CMSL stand for??? - Creative Management and Support to Leadership - all needed in any sector these days but especially for small businesses when you have one or two people trying to do everything.

I help businesses plan, structure and organise so that they save time and money and are, therefore, able to be more productive and organically grow.  My approach is a hands on one - whereby I work with the business to implement any changes (Options) they decide on.  

In September 2012 for CMSL's one year birthday - I will be running the first of a new training course in Scotland - GET CLIENTS NOW - to help service professionals learn to gain a stream of clients as long as they want.  This is a course that works and I guarantee to continue to work with individuals until they gain more business.  

Born and bred in Scotland (apart from a wee spell out in South Africa as a child) I am passionate about what I do.  Development of individuals and companies is what drives me to get up each morning.  I have over 24 years experience working in various sectors and sizes of businesses helping them develop and improve their processes to enable to business to run smoother. 

Life has not always been easy (for anyone) and I, too, have had my share of challenging times.  My four children keep me sane (I think!) and I love to get out into nature walking.   My latest challenge is completing the 5 x 50 challenge - check out www.5x50.co.uk for more information - if you want to join me!
