I have recently started helping to develop our already well established family business. I am currently studying for my CIPD with a view to move into the business in the future. My experience within business is varied and vast, i studied at UWIC and gained a BA (HONS) Hotel Management. This led me into the industry, managing restaurants, conference and banqueting finctions, front office and several months in Human Resources. I was also part of the opening team for the first 5 star hotel in cardiff, which became one of the "leading hotels of the world". After leaving the catering industry I have been involved in Sales with national and global companies, in the retail, consumer, health and finance sectors.
Personally I am very sporty, I like to keep active as much as possible..... even on holiday- skiing and diving. Im a massive F1 and rugby fan and like to get to races when I can and also as many rugby games as possible. I have been involved in sport for many years and competed at all levels from local to national to world. My chosen sports have been rifle shooting, hockey, rugby and currently TaeKwonDo. I have a real passion for martial arts and not only enjoy training and competing but also helping to teach the classes. I have been successful in gaining titles in my category such as Welsh, British, English and World, Im hoping to add Europea to the list at the end of this year. Dont be scared though as I am a real pussy cat!!! :)
